Frank purchased 101 hectares in April 1991 from Jim and Pam Bruce. This land had originally been part of Altimarloch and owned by David and Jill Moorhouse. He then bought a further 179 hectares from Norman Clifford in June 1993. Again, this land had originally been part of Altimarloch, owned by David and Jill Moorhouse.
In 1994 Frank sold 73 hectares to the Cone Partnership and this land is now planted in Pinus Radiata. In October 2006 Frank sold 90 hectares to Warren and Lowri McNabb who have planted that area in grapes.

Frank moved from Camden Station to Fairfield Downs (formerly known as Carter's Flat) in August 2004.

The property that is now 119 hectares is situated adjacent to the Black Birch road (old observatory road). There are 30 hectares of Pinus Radiata which were planted in 1994 and the remaining 89 hectares are deer fenced.

Stock consists of 200 red breeding hinds and 4 Relc stags plus a few cattle and sheep.
An airstrip has been formed along the bottom of the hill and also a new hangar has been built. These were officially opened in October 2009.

Other buildings are 2 open bay sheds, a deershed and a workshop.
